The body structure is
welded and molded by carbon and machined by CNC to ensure the precision
of parallelism and verticality and closely fit without deformation while
assembling. In high pressure operation, the body plane and the filter
plate can be tightly fit together, so it will not be uneven stressed and
the filtrate will not be leaked or ejected.
2. Filter
Plate Adhesion and Elastic Devices: Using the high-pressure hydraulic
power unit loop control with automatic pressure system, which keep the
pressure of the filter press during filtering process, making the filter
plates tightly and entirely fit together.
3.Filter Plate Combination: processed and molded by engineering plastic
material with high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, and
corrosion resistance features
(rubber material is also
optional). Moreover, the secondary pressure
(by water
or air) of the
diaphragm plate
is also
optional to reduce the moisture content of the filter cake once
again, and is more convenient for the subsequent transportation, curing,
incineration, and other related processing works.
4.Press Cloth Combination: The Material includes PP, Tetoron, Nylon,
filter paper, etc. and offers pullover style, clamp style, and
spread-hanging style for selection.
5.Electrical Control System: set and controlled by PLC program
controller or
Human Machine Interface
(HMI) accompanied by flow diagrams showing the actions live (or
alternatively choose a simple control box).
